Honestly just writing this review for points. I'm hoping we'll never need to make use of the extended warranty. Price is decent for the coverage.

I always do Geek Squad Protection.. so worth it on big purchases.

This 5 year protection is something that I hope to never have to use, but just in case...

Comes in handy, has its up and down but eventually they’ll get the job done

These are awesome so far havent has them go off. They are very loaud and love that all of them sync up when they go off

Bought this coverage along with the appliance purchase. Haven't had to use it yet. But with BestBuy's great experience so far; I am sure, I won't be disappointed.

Works great wash clothes good, digital controls tells whwn machine is unbalanced dryer worka great.

For peace of mine knowing you will not have a problem if repair is necessary is a great relief.

Warranty from Best Buy is awesome and the price is wonderful. I always purchase the warranty from them. It's great to have for just in case.

I have used the protection plan on another product I bought. Best Buy repaired my product very quickly.

Geek Squad installed dryer. He took utmost care and gave instructions.

I bought geek squad protection for a samsung dryer and washer. Ny washer broke two weeks after having it. Geek squad doesn't even have technicians that work on Samsung products. I have now had to work directly with Samsung to replace the dryer. I am now weeks without a dryer. I feel that geek squad protections shouldn't be sold ob products they can't work on. I would like my $220 back as I feel scammed into buying it.
