This washer has proven its worth. I wash light and extremely heavy soiled clothes and this washer continuously comes out ahead.

The presetting on the dryer was only drying the clothes for five minutes then shutting off. The tech came out advised me that the sensor is in the front of the dryer and he’s noticed with heavy loads they tend to fall to the back so the sensor doesn’t feel anything and assumes the load is dry. If he hadn’t explained it, I never would have realized that was the issue. Also my floor in my utility room is slanted so he adjusted the dryer and said that should help.

I haven't had to use this yet, but did on a dishwasher we bought several years ago. It has been difficult to find local repair people so this works !

I've used geek squad for 5 years on other purchases and started a new 5 years with them. They are very efficient and explain your problem and how they are going to fix it. They do come within a reasonable amount of time

I have been so glad that I've purchased 5 year protection plans on my washers. I've had to use them at about year 4. Large family - lots of wear and tear on the machines. When they have an issue, I can call and get them repaired for $0 and if they can't be fixed, they get replaced. So worth the money!

Best warranty in the business. Worth the extra cost vs their competitors.

The washer and dryer are big enough to fit 3 king size comforters and they run quiet enough that my baby can sleep without disturbance. The Blue brushed finish is really cool. The pet care wash runs longer than normal but cleans pet hair well

I scheduled an appointment for my washer. The tech sat in front of my house almost two hours early, left after 5 mins (never got out the truck), marked me as no response and then I had to wait hours later for him to return because he didn’t want to be late for the next appointment.

The Geek Squad coverage allows my wife and I to relax, and not have to worry if the washing machine is going to break or not, and it gives us 6 years to enjoy it, as their coverage doesn’t even begin until after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. It’s nice not having to worry for 6 years!!

The washer and driver were out first appliance purchase for our new home we moved in back in July. So far they are working well and clothes come out clean. I am still learning to adjust all the different t buttons as everything now is digital.

Having geek squad protection, on certain things is a must especially a large appliance like a washer/dryer combination. The services they offer are outstanding, and completely worth the small chunk of change that you will pay for peace of mind.

Bought service protection for my washer and had it replaced no problem Only thing is I bought 5 year warranty still had a year on policy but that was voided with new washer had to buy another five years.

No complaints, I tend to buy with most more expensive purchases.

I haven't needed to use it. I bought it because it sounded different than other warranties (inclusive and easy to execute if needed).

I always buy extra warranties. Though it’s not always a simple process to use them. They replaced my dryer after 4 years, free of charge. Sometimes their limitations are an issue. My new TV I’ve had for less than a month, my cats decided to scratch up the screen for some reason. It’s cosmetic, and it’s very noticeable while you’re watching something, but This is not a covered damage. I would’ve paid extra to get a warranty that would cover this kind of damage, but that’s not even an option. So that’s a let down. But I’m confident if I have other covered issues they will take care of me.
