I am very happy with my Best Buy Geek Squad service plan. It was a great investment in the purchase of my LG Dryer. I have used Geek Squad service plans in the past and was glad I made the investment. Thank you Geek Squad.

Excellent Service!! Highly recommend! Delivery was on time & received a courtesy call letting me know they would be to my home in approx. 35 minutes & they were.

I always buy my appliances from Best Buy just because they have the BEST protection warranties around. I have had to use a couple of them & was given a replacement immediately !!! It's refreshing to have found a business that treats you like a valued customer !!!

I cannot see myself trying to fix one of these new appliances with circuit boards or whatever. And what exactly do I need, to try to figure out what is wrong. INSURANCE! Let someone else deal with fixing it. I’m not taking the day off (loose money) to waist hours if not days to try to figure it out while getting yelled at by wife. Yeah, I’ll go with insurance, much easier.

Great washer but such a shame I lost it 2 months after I bought it I got harassed out of my apartment and lost everything I owed

I would suggest that you review the Mfr service warranty VS BestBuy warranty, NEW Parts VS NEW or Used Parts. Like many customers I purchased my Washer and Dryer and Service Contract all together and opened a BestBuy Card for the BestBuy Points. You have a certain time to cancel the service contract without penalty as per your State Law on service contracts.

Geek Squad has by far the best and most affordable protection plans available. I was offered one from GE and they were going to charge me $1,459 to cover my fridge and oven.....I'm sorry but if they break, for that price, I'll just buy a new one vs having them repair it. Sears plans are also a joke, worst customer service I have every experienced was from Sears. Used Best Buy's plans before and will never go anywhere else now!

I’ve used geek squad for 20 years. From my computers, laptops, washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves I’ve purchased them and geek squad always comes through!

Very easy to get a replacement washer ! They worked so well with me and it was quick as well!

I have not had to use this on my current machine but it feels good knowing im covered for several years after the troubles I had with my last washing machine.

This washer spins my clothes so fast i don't think I even need a dryer. Drying times are cut in half saving me money

They did an awesome job getting it installed without any issues and were nice too!

My 1st dryer was defective upon delivery, didn’t work, when I called week squad they said I would have to call store and purchase a new one, even though the 1st one never worked. Store employee was very helpful and a new dryer was delivered a few days later. However since the 1st one did not work, I don’t feel like I should have had to wait for another to be delivered.

Peace of mind, Got the warranty and needed a repair. Repair was done but still had issue so my washer was replaced!

Cant go without geek squad service a most have for every purchase

This combo works so smooth, at first i was on the fence about the products but gave it a shot either way. It washes and dries as needed. Happy thus far. Didnt disappoint.

Too early to know how good this plan is, so giving only 4 stars for now. Geek Squad has always been a great value for my laptops, printers, desktops and other devices, so I expect the plan on the dryer will be the same. The dryer was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law and I bought the protection to make it less of a hassle if service is needed, since their work and travel schedules leave little time to search for appliance service providers.
