The extended warranty saved us when our washer crapped out but the price of the extended warranty is crazy pricey nowadays.

The geek squad warranty is a must have with any big purchase from Best Buy. The Geek squad delivered our equipment and installed it. They explained the dos and fonts and how to take care of the equipment.

I have not had to use this protection yet, but in the past they have been very responsive. 5 years is a great deal for the price I paid.

With some electronics the cost of replacing the item (or getting an upgrade by buying a new version of the product) is financially wiser than buying a protection plan. However, with the life expectancy of a clothes dryer, we believe the warranty was worth the price.

I've always purchased geek squad protection with all my new product purchases. It's well worth the ease of knowing your product is covered. I originally purchased the 3 year but ended up going with a 5 year instead.

Haven’t had to use this yet. I hope I don’t have to but I’ve always had good experience purchasing the warranty through Best Buy and geek squad. Way better than Walmart. Don’t ever buy the Walmart warranties

Geek Squad is always so informative which I love because they help break down technical terms into English for me, haha. But I love their service, they are absolutely professional and attentive with their work!

Price point for insurance was competitive based on my research for similar items in other stores

This is a wonderful washer and dryer! I can wash my king size comforter and it is thoroughly cleaned! Works well and the I have not had any problems with the product. First instillation was dented but it was replaced immediately.

I am happy to have insured my washer and drier. I called best buy for service and they were quick and efficient in getting a next day appointment with a service technician. The name says it all Best Buy

Super Worth getting the warranty. Minor issues always appear and heal squad repairs it quickly.

Purchased this protection. Anything goes wrong with the parts or a device needs replacement, this plan should cover the need. Very appreciative of the staff and service provided to buy this coverage.

The LG True Balance washing/Dryer Machine. It washes the clothes perfectly and The Dryer is so efficient and Fast . The only thing is the tube in the Drain Filter is too Short it should have been longer, then it would be easier to Drain it.

I hope I never have to use this, but was told just call us if you need us…

So glad we got the geek squad protection for our open box dryer, as soon as we noticed it making a sound we called them and the sent the part the next day. Our appointment was within a week and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. Our dryer works perfectly now.
