Calling up the crew and easily scheduled the appointment to see and fix the problem with my fridge. The crew handled it with care and explained in human language to me.

The agents delivered the washing machine, installed it in my laundry room, hauled away my old washing machine, instructed me and my husband how to use the new Samsung washing machine.

You can't go wrong with the geek squad protection...it could come in handy one day.

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

I know a lot of people do not believe in getting these warranties but believe me, they are well worth it, especially on large items. Just give the number a call and they will arrange for someone to take care of the problem. Doesn't get more simple than that.

I haven’t had to use this. But I wanted my appliances protected. I have done business with Best Buy for years. I have never been disappointed.

Guys showed up on time with the delivery. In and out in less than 30 minutes and clean work. Washer has been working great and barely can tell it is even running unless you stare at it to see if it is spinning. No more knocking when clothes are being washed!

Definitely the way to go when ordering these kinds of items. There was a problem with a friend's purchase who had this protection and they took care of him immediately. Very helpful.

Always buy this. We have had 3 sets of lg washer/dryer and after about 4 years something usually small will go wrong

Best Washing Machine Ever, I highly recommend it. It plays music to allow you to know when it begins and when it ends. It handles soiled heavy duty clothes well.
