The crew were very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to detail in unpacking and setting up the fridge and asked if we had any questions or concerns.

So far I have not had to use my warranty but I purchased it just in case if something occur I would have that protection. If something should happen it gives great comfort to know it covered.

Geek Squad protection plan is a great thing to have, hope I do not have to use it but if I do it will be there.

I usually don't get this with any of my appliance purchases.. simply because I take great care of my things and they seem to last quite a while. But this time I couldn't pass up 3 year protection plan for only $29 was a steal. Why not! Haha
