Got a new L G washer and dryer with the one your factory warranty not saying that's good or bad but I do know Best Buy extend warrantee is better

The service response is spotty. Trying for days to get someone to check out a faulty fan on my new microwave. It seems the only definite thing is that it gets your foot in the door for service.

Good value for 3 years protection. Never know when you might need it. Bought it for my Whirlpool electric stove for our rental house.
