    i paid 200.00 for this, tried to get someone over to fix my internet, yeah we will be there in 3 weeks, really, no internet for three weeks? c'mon, geek squad, hire more people if you have to.

    Terrible. Almost fraudulent! Best Buy installed a Bosch Microwave on Jan 21, 2025. On April 1st, 2025, the top panel broke off. The microwave is functional. I have made at least three calls to schedule service appointments. No service is yet set up after 7 days. One agent told me to call Bosch-even though I have bought a 5 -year plan. Another agent gave me the phone number of Installs, Inc. But no service appointment.
