3-year Warranty.

Major appliance? Get it. We had to use it twice

While Best Buy often pushes their My Best Buy Total membership (which provides protection for as long as you subscribe), the standalone 5-year GSP plan is a fixed-term contract that offers some of the most comprehensive hardware coverage available.

Five-year geek squad warranty

Had two appliances repaired at no cost to me. They were in and out one couldn’t be repaired and they completely swapped out the whole unit a year and a half later I will always buy this for anything I buy from Best Buy.

Amazing delivery not great online ordering

Other delivery experiences were a nightmare in the past with damaged appliances and these guys were great! Online experience is a 1 star from being told my range would be installed in 2 weeks for approximately $100 then being told it’s delayed a month so I cancelled and ordered another model which they couldn’t install! When I questioned that I was told $200!! Feeling ripped off I decided to get it installed elsewhere. I recently bought 4 appliances from Best Buy and not pleased with online ordering but delivery men made my day with their care and concern and kindness!
