The service protection is well worth the investment. They repair and replace when necessary. I just wish the turnaround time getting someone when needed was faster.

This is a pretty good refrigerator. The water leaks a little bit out of the freezer daily there’s no work around for what you have to put it on underneath the drip and the refrigerator is a bit small.

I ordered a new suite of Samsung appliances online at BestBuy.com and it couldn't have been easier. They arrived on time and the delivery guys were great. My old kitchen looks new again, thanks to Best Buy! Can't say "thank you" enough!

I'm lucky to be very handy in many fields, just not many areas I ever hire someone for help. I chose the Geek Squad option for the five year coverage because it was competitively price and Best Buy is a solid reliable retailer. I enjoy and do a lot of traveling and don't want to return home just to fix stuff if needed, so that's my pass.

I am happy to have gig sod because I know that my appliances are under insurance. My mind is that is knowing that my appliances are under the geek squad.

Geek squad has been amazing when I needed my refrigerator and dishwasher fixed. The customer service on the phone was great. The guy that came to fix it was very respectful and answered all my question. I recommend them to everyone and I'm slowly replacing all my appliances with best buy and geek squad protection!
