I choose geek squad coverage because they have their own team of technicians. I had a small issue with the refrigerator I purchased at Best Buy and called geek squad. The issue was handled quickly and correctly. Much better than relying on LG.

We go with the protection for our appliances. Just give us the comfort of not having to worry about finding out what is wrong and who can fix it.

Geek squad warranty is good to have I always buy it

In just one phone call, they fixed my concern without any hassles. When they found out that my tv is beyond repair, they replaced it with a better one in a matter or 2 days. I would always and will patronize the geek squad services.

I received a confirmation email with all of my details shortly after delivery, seems to include what I had expected. Not yet needed, unable to comment on the actual process at this time.

I always get the 5 year Geek Squad Protection when I buy major appliances. I wouldn't buy a new appliance without it. They just don't make appliances like they used to.

It’s always good and important to have a protection plan on certain big purchases. Best Buy geek squad is a great buy and investment for your products future.

We purchased the protection plan as a safety net. Hopefully we don't need it but, it's nice knowing it's there if we do. It'd be nice to be able to get at least a partial refund if we don't have to use it at all.

It's a great satisfaction to have a warranty plan for any appliance.

Although Best Buy does not pressure you in getting a protection plan, I strongly urge anyone purchasing appliances these days to get a plan. Appliances are not made like 20 and 30 years ago, and it's a good investment.

Very cool refrigerator. it even survived a fall down half a flight of stairs. it does not maintain enough ice in the bucket. Besides that issue we really like all the other gadgets.

Delivery and setup of newly purchased refrigerator went well

Plan is for 5 years on all appliances--price was amazing. Based on my past experience with Samsung I most likely will not need to use this protection plan, If I do need to use the plan, I'm confident I'll be totally satisfied with their service

They made certain we were happy with our product. They noticed the dent on the second dishwasher and promptly took it back so we could get another. They were very friendly and courteous as well.

absolutely would recommend buying the Geek Squad extra protection warranty with any item that is purchased at Best Buy never know when you will need it things do happen.

I always buy extended warranty as a precaution. I haven't used, so I can't rate it.
