    Pacific Home made this an easy decision. AN appliance is a big purchase and we have piece of mind for coverage related to any issues with the product!

    on 9.20 my frig stopped working, I called Geek squad. Appt was set for 9/25 9-5. FYI 9-5 is not an appt its an entire day. At 9 am Jeana from Service quick called to SET UP AN APPT. I told her Geek squad set it up for today. She explained Best buy lies to its customers, this was not an appt. The soonest she had was 10/13. I called Best buy, I explained what Jeana said, got put on hold. after an hour on hold a new person picked up the line and I had to explain all over again, i got put on hold again. This person said she spoke to service quick and I was correct and they are rude. I geek squad manage, Edwin got on teh phone after another 30 minutes on hold and said a different company would be out on 9/30 and they would call at 9am with a 2 hour window. At 930 I call the geek quad, explained and was put on hold for 1 hour, a new person answered, I explain and was put on hold for 1 hour, a new person answered, I explained and was put on hold for 40 minutes. by this time a called on another phone and got Lisa who said her system showed my appt for 9/30 but the provide shows it for 10/13. I have now taken 2 days off work for this and geek squad still doesn't know what they are doing.....

    I purchased the extended warranty plan for the Dishwasher I bought, I’ve been told Dishwashers tend to have issues so hopefully this covers me.

    I am in the process of needing service for my oven purchased 9/19. Today I got an appointment that is 2 weeks out. All I tried to do was to get help in getting this appointment sooner, for our cooking oven. I literally was bounced around to at least 10 people, over 5 different calls, agents who are nasty and hang up on you (at this point, I was aggravated with how I was being handled, and upset about it, but kept as cool as I can) Geek squad could care less about you, this is sent to an outside service (who really could not care about you) and the handling of my situation has basically been non existent. The disconnecting calls were ridiculous, the transferred calls was useless, I even said do not transfer me to an outside agency (who handles appliances) because I was getting nowhere with them. In no way did I ever even think that the geek squad service handling of my problem would be this bad. Terrible experience, I guess that I am going to have to just shut up and wait 2 weeks. then they will come and look, say they have no part, order it and reschedule (probably another 2 week wait) I wrote this review, no my wife. S
