    Extremely bad customer service. I purchased a microwave and did a 3 year geek squad. When the magnetron busted in the microwave they wanted to do a replacement of the entire microwave. I said ok. They did not do a proper haul away, there was no customer service clearly explanining why my purchase was no getting fullfilled.

    Purchased the 5 yr warranty to go with a fairly simple Bosch 300 series dishwasher. Hoping not to need it, but appliances overall don't seem to have good longevity these days.
