Good refrigerator but, the ice always gets stuck in the door.

5 year warranty began immediately instead of behinning after manufacturers warranty. Really only got 4 years

We purchased an LG stove which was a tremendous piece of garbage. LG was 100% unwilling to make any concessions or try to make any repairs. The geek squad was incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. Best buy took responsibility where LG would not.

Have taken several computers in under this service agreement and have been very pleased with the turn around time by Best Buy and the results of their work under this service contract. They have been very helpful and very friendly when I talk with them about the issues concerned each time. I would reccomend this service to others.

This was a 5year warranty purchase, not a repair. Based on previous Geek Squad experience, we give it 5 stars.

All the features and ways to customize the interior to fit your needs! Dual ice makes etc. absolute dream! Looks high end with the black window on one of the doors.

I always get the Geek Squad service for all long of a period as they offer. I have never had an issue with them taking addressing an issue when it comes up!

Comforting to know I've got protection for the first five years of the life of my range.

What can I say? We have had no problems with this appliance and therefore, no need for repair. It is difficult to rate something that we have yet to use, and hope to never have to use it. But it makes you feel better knowing that it is there, when and if you need it.

We have been through two (2) Over-the-Range Microwaves in the last eighteen (18) months. Had a purchased this type of protection, for the low cost available, I would have saved over $1000.00 in that time frame.
