I did not bet installation service with this purchase but in the past they have been great

happy with the way Best Buy squad took care of it all. Ivieliz at the Best Buy location in Alto Rey has been AMAZING from beginning to end.

Hard to comment on something you haven’t used. It’sa shame you have to purchase additional warranties. Additional warranties are pricey so hope it’s worth the money if we have to use

Great warranty coverage. If anything goes wrong with the product, the warranty basically has it covered.

I needed service for my new microwave.. and they came in a timely manner and fixed the problem correctly. The technician even check a piece on my fridge, which I did not buy from Best Buy, and ordered a piece for me. Great service for sure.

The persons who deliver my fridge were professional and Meade an extra effort to explain the connection procedures

I love having this and I’ve used it more than once not for repair but replacement

Geek squad is great. We have always purchased geek squad protection for all electronics whether we use it or not. Doesn't make sense not to with the cost of everything going up.

We always buy the service plan . Luckily the products we have purchases have only had too be serviced twice in the pass ten years. Best buy stands buy there warranty service and will try there best to correct any issue you have. Unlike buying from other retailers!

I found this insurance to be cheap for 5 years. I had geek squat before and never had a problem and this is the reason I’m buying again.

I have used the Geek Squad for either over the phone or chat product support. I haven't had to have a service call yet. So, that means I made a good product choice, eh?

As long as geek squad does the installation it is worth it. Some of my products were installed by Best Buy’s third party installers and needs improvement. Geek squad mounted the tv and did a good job.

i would highly recommend purchasing this, dishwashers go bad often and if you don't want to deal with the hassle of buying a new one or anything just buy this. 5 years is a long time

I have been trying to cancel this order since the first delivery date, via the website, my account and I have requested a call back. HELP!!!!!! What do I have to do to get this order canceled??????

So glad I got the protection plan. Within the first year I had a parts problem. I got a new range out of it.
