Seemed like a good insurance policy, want trouble free service for my rental property tenant

paying for peace of mind. Not having to worry about who to call. Who can diagnose what is wrong? Who can fix it? one call and done.

Always purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a high dollar electrical item, ie... TV, Stereo Components, High End Speakers and Appliances.

Whenever we buy a major appliance, it always brings peace of mind to get the extended coverage. Haven't had to use it for this unit, yet...

Learned a long time ago to invest in warranties from Best Buy when paying over a certain amount for electronic items. Has come in handy so often.

Good thing I bought a protection plan because my refrigerator light would not come on after I had purchased an open-box item.

Extended warranty is always a question of whether to purchase or not. We have started adding the warranty and have use it more than once on our appliances.

Sometimes I feel like these services are a rip off, but the last few appliances that I bought have failed within 2-3 years and I was glad that I had this protection.

I always get the protection plans with everything I buy at Best Buy as for different reasons sometimes things happen out of your control and always the Geek Squad has always solved the problems quickly without question.

I don't know why I keep purchasing these, except that they provide peace of mind. I have only used a warrant once in 20 years, but when I did, they replaced the item immediately.

I have not had to use my service yet! I rather have it and not need it then not have it and need it!

Geek squad is great. I called for a home reoair they were here in a couple days. Fixed my issue and gave me tips on how to care for my appliances.

I have had so-so experience with Geek Squad in the past with cell phones, but since this is covering an item not under contract, I expect that I will have far better experiences with it is needed. So far, so good.

Once you do get to part of getting appointment to get serviced you are good to go. But it's the part that trying to set up appointment is really really super hard. You will reach to the point of feeling like throw your phone to any wall beside you before you get someone who speaks enough English to understand you want to set up service time with Protection plan you have bought. Some days you will get through, somedays you won't. Take your pick But I would say it's still cheaper to go through this than actually not having any protection at all since you might be lucky to talk to someone
