    Was not happy at all, they said they would be at our home between 12 and 5 pm. Left work early to make sure we were home. At 6 pm we finally called them and asked when they would be here, they said someone would call us to reschedule and offered us a $50 credit, I lost $200 in work pay. As far as I'm concerned I will not ever use them again. They could have called us to let us know but they didn't.

    I called to schedule an appointment to get my gas range that I bought a year ago. They scheduled an appointment, I waited for 4 hours and no one showed up. I called to see what happened, I waited in the phone for 45 minutes because the computer was not working, they make me scheduled an appointment in 10 days because that is the earliest they have.

    Hi, Best Buy’s Third party delivery company named GUERRA TRANSPORTATION LLC is terrible they provide installation too. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED) They were (driver and his helper) very rude, unprofessional, unethical. They left the range-oven in the middle of the kitchen and left! They were taking pictures of the oven in my living room (no respect for my privacy) instead of the kitchen When I told them not to do that He said he forget the take the picture of it in the kitchen and that’s why he’s taking the pictures in my living room and that won’t damage the house!!!

    I am very disappointed with the service I purchased a five year warranty and I’m having an issue with my stove tech-support said they were going to send somebody out when they came. They took a couple pictures told me it wasn’t covered and charged me $110, nobody ever told me that this would be a charge and they did not tell me why it wasn’t covered then try to charge me more for a replacement part then what I can purchase on my own

    Best buy decided to cancel my protection plan on a replacement product without any form of communication on the matter. Now my dishwasher needs service and nit protection plan...they refunded for some off reason. Thanks Geek Squad.

    I have been trying to get my stove cancelled for a month. There’s always a part missing or the wrong part was sent. It still isn’t fixed…

    Geek Squad won't even speak to you if it's less than one year under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a one year warranty from manufacturer than you only get 4 years coverage from the Geek Squad. rip off!

    Called to have my dishwasher serviced. My appliance is still under manufacture warranty, but the manufacturer will charge for a tech to come out. Why am I paying for geek squad protection during the 1st year? When I tried speaking with the supervisor about this, she spoke over me and blatantly hung up on me.

    The technicians are not like before . Attitude issues And if you get 3rd party your appliance will be permenantly damaged .

    If you would like to be without a dishwasher Or any other appliance for 6 weeks before geek squad will replace your dishwasher, I would Not suggest you purchase the geek squad insurance. Very poor customer service on Best Buy’s part. I will purchase my future appliances else where.
