    started it while the damaged appliance sat in the garage before it was installed. no way to cancel online. wonder if I will have to fight through credit card company to get my money back or if Best Buy will cooperate

    If you go buy a TV or any other appliance they will say they cover physical damage but good luck actually getting them to cover it. I move a lot so I bought one. Was not honored.

    Review is bad because the appliance came damaged and could not be installed. Everything had to be returned

    the truth does not cool enough on the top and also the fingers are marked on the entire outside, the aluminum with any blow is marked, the truth is that this refrigerator does not cost the price they charge

    Dishwasher broke 2 days after it was installed. 20 days later and now on the 8th appointment still waiting on Best Buy to make this right.

    I do not like the way that you can not leave your computer, with a tech if you are late for an appointment. I had to come back to them with computer 4 hours later. They send computer out.
