    Takes forever for Geek Squad to answer the phone and even longer to get an appointment for servicing, and then they do not show up; horrible; Waste of money

    I have purchased Geek Squad for a few things and I can honestly say, NEVER AGAIN. Not worth the time or the hassle. Never ever have I had them correct or fix a problem for me.

    The geek squad protection is a joke. It is a scam and I would never buy appliances from Best Buy again. I’m telling you it is 100% one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

    Amazing delivery not great online ordering

    10 stars for delivery experience. Jamie and helper were friendly and very careful with my range. Other delivery experiences were a nightmare in the past with damaged appliances and these guys were great! Online experience is a 1 star from being told my range would be installed in 2 weeks for approximately $100 then being told it’s delayed a month so I cancelled and ordered another model which they couldn’t install! When I questioned that I was told $200!! Feeling ripped off I decided to get it installed elsewhere. I recently bought 4 appliances from Best Buy and not pleased with online ordering but delivery men made my day with their care and concern and kindness!
