A 5-year Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan is essentially a long-term "peace of mind" play. While Best Buy often pushes their My Best Buy Total membership (which provides protection for as long as you subscribe), the standalone 5-year GSP plan is a fixed-term contract that offers some of the most comprehensive hardware coverage available.

The new model with new handle Kitchen aid dishwasher is amazing!! Doing pretty good job compare to other brands.Sparkling clean washing, clean drying. Looks good when I open the dishwasher in the morning. Happy!!

Couldn’t be happier with the service have never had an issue. Had two appliances repaired at no cost to me. They were in and out one couldn’t be repaired and they completely swapped out the whole unit a year and a half later I will always buy this for anything I buy from Best Buy.

This all encompassing plan is well worth a few extra bucks when Geek Squad will fix or replace the appliance for you, would recommend for any new household appliance.

10 stars for delivery experience. Jamie and helper were friendly and very careful with my range. Other delivery experiences were a nightmare in the past with damaged appliances and these guys were great! Online experience is a 1 star from being told my range would be installed in 2 weeks for approximately $100 then being told it’s delayed a month so I cancelled and ordered another model which they couldn’t install! When I questioned that I was told $200!! Feeling ripped off I decided to get it installed elsewhere. I recently bought 4 appliances from Best Buy and not pleased with online ordering but delivery men made my day with their care and concern and kindness!

Geek Squad protection is good for purchases over a certain dollar amount.

It’s easy to get in for service. The geeks are well informed and able to help. I would not be without this service.

Haven’t had to use it yet but for five years I’m covered for all the bad things that could happen.

I GOT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, FOR MY OWN PEACE OF MIND, KNOWING HOW COMPLEX THE MACHINES ARE. HOPEFULLY I WILL NOT NEED IT.

I have yet to use the service. I also am still not sure if the service begins now a9at deliverya0 or if it starts at the end of the factory warrantee. So I can only grant three stars because I have no experience with the service. So, I will give a limit "yes" in the recommendation. This is a poorly designed quiz!

Third rack nice, quiet yes. Hard to use yes. No delay start button, you have to go the app and choose 1, 2 or 4 hours. You can't set the favorite to do a delay of say 4 hours every time. It doesn't save the delay and you can't set it to e.g. 1 AM. Not a show stopper but I like to set my dishwasher to run later in evening to save electricity and noise. Even though its pretty quite you can still hear it. Don't need a app that has limited functionality to run an appliance.
