I purchased this protection plan for my stove and haven't had to use it yet thank God but I got it anyway because I have used the geek Squad protection plan on other appliances in the past and they are simply amazing thanks

It’s better to have the warranty than to not have but service technicians from local repair places are horrible. Only positive is that when they can’t fix it after multiple times, you can apply a credit towards a new purchase.

Great fridge spacious, like the water beverage holder and the option to open the quick access.

This is an amazing laptop, incredible for the college class.

I had to get this. My last appliance from best buy broke right after the manufacturer warantee expired so I had to buy a new one. This will hopefully protect me longer.

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

They delivered by stove but due to an electrical issue they did not get to install it. Told them my electrician could handle it when he came back to complete his electrical work, He came back, hooked it up, and it works great.

I think the plan is ok! I thought I would cover more than does.

Always good to have in case of issues in the future. Better to be safe than sorry.

Would NEVER buy ANYTHING from BB that costs $100 or more without protection! EVER! There have been far too many instances when we have had to use the warrantee extension to either get something fixed or replaced.

The service response is spotty. Trying for days to get someone to check out a faulty fan on my new microwave. It seems the only definite thing is that it gets your foot in the door for service.

Was able to get rid of my inferior whirlpool range .. Unrepairable and get my beautiful Samsung range

They were very fast in coming when I had trouble with my dishwasher. They also helped me get a new one when we could not get parts.

Got 5 year protection cause I know the oven heat will create problems with the digital control panel at some point.

From what I read Geek squad offer great service and knowledgeable about the new tech.

This is a must have. Peace of mind knowing that if anything happens you’ll be covered is worth the investment.
