Hope to never use the extended warranty but it gives me peace of mind.

When purchasing appliances at Best Buy, we always add the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan. The service is great.

I purchased my home out of foreclosure and needed to purchase all new kitchen appliances. Best Buy was my go-to store. Having the piece of mind of their warranty was a decision that was best for me.

I only buy extended warranties for dishwashers, because they break so frequently. Best Buy was no hassle, replaced my dishwasher after initial repair did not solve the problem.

Haven't used it yet. Hope its okay. We do have an issue but don't have time to call them.

I am doing this review for a chance to win $400 dollars. But in all honesty it is a great product.

Every expensive tv that I have purchased from Best Buy, I made it a point to buy the warranty. At a minimum trip charge of 125, the first service call will more than pay for the price of your warranty. They have even replaced my tv under the contract .

The Geek Squad has always been reliable. I don’t buy a product if I cant get a warranty

We used our plan 3 weeks prior to its end. Our dishwasher had parts start leaking. No hassles at all. Called, troubleshooting was completed. Parts no longer are being made. So got credit towards new one.

Each time I purchase electronic equipment I invest in the 'technical support' to maintain the functionality. More times than not I use said support service. For me, tech support is like health and life insurance, your financially better off with it than the cost without it.

They got my fridge to fit in through a doorway by less than a quarter of an inch without a single scratch or dent. I was impressed.

Geek Squad knows their stuff! They were able to fix my television and were very nice. I always buy the extra protection plan as I know the Geek Squad will be there if I need them.

I really love is aappliance after installing it. It looks sleek and runs quietly and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances

Geek Squad is good to have Incase something goes wrong with one of your appliances. They will send someone out to repair it. I would recommend buying this as an extra backup.

Good to purchase when you have many appliances, tree em ovals and installation to have completed. We are also thinking about having a television minted on the wall which will save us a lot of money.

Forgot i bought this protection for my stove. Well i haven't had the need to use this yet. Fingers crossed i never need to

It's fine, I imagine. It was a reasonable price. However I am hoping I won't need to use it
