I found this insurance to be cheap for 5 years. I had geek squat before and never had a problem and this is the reason I’m buying again.

Geek squad always comes threw I love their customer service and the fact that they get to the bottom of the issue never has any problems with this service. And if they can’t fix it they replace it.

I purchased this as my stove only has a one year warranty. I'm disappointed that this isn't an additional warranty. Basically I'm paying for the first year of this and will never use it. If something goes wrong in the first year, the manufacturers warranty will cover it. So this is actually a 2 year additional warranty......I would have preferred if it didn't overlap the original warranty.

I recommend the geek squad as they are on time & provide great service, in fact their additional insight or recommendations during the install has helped us keep the appliances running longer

Great warranty coverage. If anything goes wrong with the product, the warranty basically has it covered.

I rarely buy protection plans from other stores, but I don't hesitate to purchase it from Best Buy. They have the best prices and the coverage is excellent. If you ever need to use it, it is very easy to process a claim and the service is performed quickly.

I always add the Geed Squad Protection on major items. Their service is great and I have peace of mind. Even new items sometimes need attention.

Haven’t had to use them so far. I did buy the extra warranty just in case.

The five year in Geek squad protection is good except that it would better to get a rebate or credit if it is not used

The staff was wonderful and interested in listening to the customer. I was given several options to choose from when the problem was identified. No ifs, and, and certainly no buts when service was delivered.

We got the extended plan because the last dishwasher did not last, was expensive and got a big run around trying to get it looked at. It was a different brand than this one.

This is an important add on to insure that the product(dishwasher) will perform as it should and IMO is well worth it.
