3rd party vender . Service appt received within 1 week of my call for minor fix.

Within a month of my OTR purchase my stove top lights stopped working. they shipped stuff quick and the tech came out and fixed the board. Very nice and handy, glad to be protected!

Geek Squad has been great and have come out when I had issues with my refrigerator. They work clean and get the job done right.

extended my warranty...was easy and hopefully I won't be using it anytime soon but glad to have it

Let's hope we dont need to use this protection, but if we do, they pretty much well compensating with a replacement.

Extremely bad customer service. I purchased a microwave and did a 3 year geek squad. When the magnetron busted in the microwave they wanted to do a replacement of the entire microwave. I said ok. They did not do a proper haul away, there was no customer service clearly explanining why my purchase was no getting fullfilled.

Since this was delivered during COVID, Geek Squad was unable to deliver and install. I had to find a contractor to do the work unfortunately

Just nice to know I have the protection plan. Why spend thousands of dollars and risk not getting an extended warranty.

Only way to go when buying these type items Peace of mind! Cheap investment at purchase time Never regret it.

Geek squad are great. I have used it on serial occasions and they aré helpful every time.

Havent used it yet but it's a good deal for this expensive stove I got cheap on clearance for when manufacture warranty would end.

We always get the protection plan on our major appliances. Great company and great service.

I have not yet used the Geek Squad service. However, I am glad I purchased it.
