Would never buy anything at BB without getting GSP! The way products are made now a days, it's nice to have peace of mind that GSP is a phone call away!

Haven’t had to use the extended warranty yet. Hopefully I won’t have to use it. The price on the extended warranty wasn’t too bad. I recommend you get the warranty.

Glad we spent the extra money and purchased the plan. We've had to call a few times for repairs to our ice maker. Every time the agent is polite and knowledgeable.

Learned a long time ago to invest in warranties from Best Buy when paying over a certain amount for electronic items. Has come in handy so often.

Always purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a high dollar electrical item, ie... TV, Stereo Components, High End Speakers and Appliances.

we always purchase geek squad with all of our appliances and they are very good with fixing. You can also add on other things that they can cover with the 5 yr protection plan.

Extended warranty is always a question of whether to purchase or not. We have started adding the warranty and have use it more than once on our appliances.

Bought this warranty for all our appliances we purchased from Best Buy. Already had to use the warranty one time and was very easy to use. Geek Squad had me fixed in no time.
