It’s a relief to know that the Geek Squad team are very knowledgeable and can fix or renew any problems that arise with my purchase.

Always I mean always get protection when you can, unless you can be a submariner, then be a submariner.

Great value for peace of mind. A must have for me! I’ve have had to use in the past and was happy I made the purchase.

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

We purchased the 3 year plan because this is a major appliance in our kitchen and used everyday. The cost overrides the call to BB to get it fixed or replaced if their is a issue.

The agents installed my dishwasher and took the old one. They even ran it thru a cycle.

This 3-year Protection plan gave me protection at a reduced' rate. Something you more than likely will not find elsewhere.

With Best Buy Total Tech Support we received a discount on the plan. Hopefully we won’t need it but good to have a long term warranty.

Value and quality of service will not be know until a covered product goes bad. Hopefully the service will be as advertised.

but if I do, i hope the claim is as smooth as the overall new dishwasher purchase experience went. The warranty was reasonably priced for 5 years, significantly cheaper than at Sears.

Just had microwave installed. Service tech was really nice. Haven’t used a lot yet, but so far so good and it looks great!

Work was done fast, clean & with all the precautions for Covid19

Geek squad did not have to repair my product but the warranty plan stands behind their policy and replaced a faulty DVD player.

This warranty is always a good value for piece of mind.

Love the protection plan , always came in handy , Never a problem and don't have to worry for 5 years . Highly recommend .

It is necessary to feel confident that you are protecting your product. I defentially recommend getting extra protection.

years.....And you know you will have at least one service call that will cost more than than this 5 year warranty. Crazy not to get it.
