Try getting somebody on the phone I tried for a month I can't get anybody on the telephone let alone trying to get somebody to email me back online it's almost impossible you have order numbers and emails and reference numbers that never go answered you have service reps from different departments that don't follow through different people would in different departments everybody getting in everybody's business but not completing the task it's a never-ending nightmare I'm still trying to sense April trying to get somebody to get back to me from an email trying to reach somebody from The Geek Squad in reference to a service call on on Amana gas range that I purchased in April 2021 .
