The technician even check a piece on my fridge, which I did not buy from Best Buy, and ordered a piece for me. Great service for sure.

Luckily the products we have purchases have only had too be serviced twice in the pass ten years. Best buy stands buy there warranty service and will try there best to correct any issue you have. Unlike buying from other retailers!
