Great protection for the major appliance I purchased.

The gas range protection plan I purchased was not covered in Massachusetts.once I needed a repair I became aware only G.E. Covered it .I had to cancel my protection plan through Bestbuy and purchase it threw G.E.

Will definitely shop at this store for my items in the future.

I usually get the additional warranties for my appliances, because of the “just in case something happens” factor. For 3 yrs of additional protection, the price was worth it.

A must get especially when you purchase major appliances, we've had issues with our washer/dryer and it was fixed with no issues.

Pricey, have not had to use yet. Hopefully communication and customer service is good when needed.

These protection plans is really the only reason I buy anything from best buy if you keep the protection plan going you will be able to get a new whatever when your product quits working.
