Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

With risk of burn in, it is always a great idea for protection with these pricey OLED TVs

Peace of mind for an expensive purchase. I've seen to many videos of dogs, cats, & children breaking TV's.

Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.
