We wish that we purchase the 5-year protection with the TV purchased in June 2023.

I purchase warranty for almost everything I buy I think I only used it a few times before. During this pandemic it seems like everything started breaking down. A set of gaming headphones, sound bar and a tv luckily everything was under Geek Squad. When I took these items to them I had no problem getting replacements all the products. That means for me I still will be purchasing from Geek Squad 5 stars.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

The warranty plans are good from Best Buy. I had to send off a tv and they couldn’t find a problem with it. Shipped it back to the store and when I picked it up it was doing the same thing. The manager went ahead and gave me store credit for the TV. I love Best Buy’s customer service.

Former television had an issue...after being picked up for possible repair, was informed needed part was worth more than my almost five year old television. Was offered either a comparable television, or, a check. I chose the check, as I had decided to upgrade to a 4K HDR, and used the $$ toward the new television. I purchased the warranty for my new television too...too many new & innovative items associated with newer TVs. I consider the warranty peace of mind. Recommend it!

Geek Squad, need I say more? Excellent cover to have should the worst happen and a must for all the electronice here in this house. If we buy anything new, it will always be bought with a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

They did a great job mounting our tv , straight and level
