    Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue

    The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. He always takes time to make sure I have been given the best service. Great Star!!

    Used to cover tablet port

    One star lost after anticipated repair wasn't listed as solution (though appears to have occured) When I brought in my son's tablet for repair, the technician felt the port was bad and wrote it up as such. When it was returned, no port repair was listed, but upon observation, it appears to have been performed. I would have liked the complete repair process to have been documented. The charge cord was replaced as listed repair. Ultimately, the tablet is working/charging properly but I'm worried about the process. This time it was an unlisted repair. Next time it could be a claimed repair that wasn't performed.

    Defective screen, large central white halo

    There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

    Best Buy has top-notch sales and service. I have not had a problem since I’ve been purchasing everything from TVs to refrigerators to microwave oven. I totally recommend Best Buy

    If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

    Get the warranty my 75 went out 4.5 years in they came out checked it and within 2 weeks i had a brand new one hanging on the wall thanks bestbuy and thanks Geek Squad

    I bought this to replace my old TCL that had its power supply randomly get destroyed. This model is a major upgrade in picture, and I haven't noticed the same spy chips from my previous TCL. Totally recommended as it's comparable to TV's 3x its price.

    My tv picture died just a few months before the 5 years was up. I was given an e-gift card to use toward the purchase of a new tv. The reason for only four stars is that I made multiple long phone calls to get it straightened out. It shouldn’t have taken me so long to get the credit for the covered item.

    So I mainly purchased this so I could get a warranty and let professionals install our ridiculously expensive entertainment system. Well we have had nothing but issues. So... had to get a replacement TV (Sony - 85" Class X950G), wifi disabled completely, fine whatever. They reinstalled the new one, cool. Definitive speakers (High-Performance 10" 3-way Tower Speaker) constantly pop even when the TV is not even on. Our Logitech remote (Harmony Elite) has issues switching inputs/devices almost every single time we use it. Only when using the smart TV apps it randomly shuts off with the Receiver (Pioneer - Elite 9.2-Ch). Geek squad has been out twice since installation, can't figure out why the smart tv/receiver turns off by itself, can't figure out why speakers always pop, and did absolutely nothing to the smart remote... still have all the same issues over 6 months later. Wife wants to return everything back if we could.

    Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!
