    The original TV and delivery went flawlessly. Somewhat disappointed in taking nearly the entire week for replacement.

    My dad and I can into best buy looking for a visioTV we had seen on sale on your website. We asked about this specific TV and the best buy guy knew exactly what we were talking about and where it was etc... He helped my dad find theTV that was perfect for him. Thank you so much!     Peace of mind knowing ai have geek squad protection! My last TV i bought went out with one month remaining on my two year protection plan i purchased. So this was an easy choice to get a five year protection plan. It's the peace of mind. Best Buy is also the only company to cover burn in on an OLED TV if burn in is a concern.

    Can't go wrong with 5 year protection once 4 years is up in your TV or whatever electronic is outdated throw hammer through it and then boom you have yourself a newly replaced updated top A-line item that you don't even have to pay money for just get a new insurance

    The warranty is a MUST!!! Just the thought of being covered for everything i buy at BEST BUY. The customer service is GRAND! Fast Friendly service with the attitude.

    I bought a smart TV and very glad I bought the extended warranty because you just never know what can go wrong and Best Buy Geek Squad is the best they will help you over the phone as well in the store and the price for it was very reasonable compared to other retailers and I can feel at ease with making a huge purchase so far I have not had to use it and hopefully I will not but I am pleased knowing I have it for the next 3 yrs. if necessary. It is a must have.

    5 Year Warranty

    We purchased a 5 year warranty for our new LG TV. The original TV we bought had really bad pixel burn on the screen, and the 2 year warranty really saved us. We purchased the 5 year warranty for the new TV we traded for with hopes that the TV outlives it's warranty. The cost of $30 for 5 years is worth the cost, especially if something happens to the TV.

    I work on appliances for a living and sell protection agreements every day. So I believe in them whole heartedly. I chose to purchase the protection agreement when I bought my TV for peace of mindand the fact that if it breaks it will be repaired or replaced. And the price was very reasonable compared to other plans.

    A+technicians, horrible customer service policy

    The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

    There are NO electronics purchased in my household without a Geek Squad protection. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service for ANY needs. There are NO stupid questions - they answer them and walk you through issues if possible. If not, they make an appointment for you to take you item in (or come to the house if necessary) to resolve the issue. Definitely worth the price...foolish not to add it to any large item you purchase.

    this protection plan is excellent ! from previous experience - with our defective tv which didn't function after the geek squad guys tried to repair it, we were offered replacement of the defective tv or store credit. we chose the store credit. we were able to buy a newer model of the tv (with additional cost, of course).

    Havent had to use it. Hopefully I never do. Its good to have some protection for mass produced chromebooks that your kid has to have for school
