Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

An amazing computer!…I needed one for my son since he’s homeschooled…Best Buy and HP is my store and product brand for electronics for school…I highly recommend this product no issues…

Took out the extended warranty...hope I don't have to use it. Just gives peace of mind to know I don't have to take it in and they will come to me to repair.

Anytime I need to use, I’ve had nothing but great service. I would recommend to anyone who has purchased appliances, computers, tv , games, etc to purchase a warranty .

My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

I am still early in the program but so far I have been satisfied.

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

The Geek Squad fixed my iPhones faster and better then the Apple Store and it was cost me less you can’t ask for more than that. Thank you Geek Squad
