Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

I generally do not purchase service warranties. As I was buying a new TV, I decided it would be a good idea. Thankfully I never had to use it.

Good piece of mind purchase. My parents used this service on failed tv and had no issues whats so ever.

Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

Definitely a must for big purchases for the peace of mind

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.
