Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

I had another T= that broke and I didn’t purchase the protection so I am not making that mistake again. I always purchase it for all my son gaming gear and it is phenomenal. I get a replacement immediately with no hassle. It is so worth it

I purchased geek squad protection for a previously purchased TV which quit working 2 weeks before the coverage period ended. I was given a full refund with no hassle at all. I recommend paying for the extra protection for any large purchases.

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

I love the geek squad plan and I always make sure to buy from Best Buy in order to get the plan! Very easy to work with so far. I had a two year warranty on my fancy coffee maker, and when it broke. They literally refunded me right away to purchase another one. I bought this plan for my dishwasher as well, and for my three 70" TVs.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

Never win but i gave it a shot because you never know.
