I bought this tv for my mom and dad and they are in love with it

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

Did not have to use it yet. Hopefully that I don’t

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

You hope you never have to use this protection because that means that something went wrong with your purchase. But if something dies go wrong it’s worth the price. The only downside it’s it’s dependent on availability. Meaning mu phone cracked and needed to be replaced. They were quick to write up giving me another one but they didn’t have it in stock. So, I had to go to another store to find it. Besides that it’s amazing.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

I purchased protection on my last TV, which stopped working out of nowhere. A Geek Squad member tried some trouble shooting techniques & ordered a spare part. Upon his second visit, the part didn't fix the issue. He ordered the upgraded version. I didn't have to pay anything for the TV nor his service.
