It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind.

We got a Hisense TV and worried about it’s longevity so purchased the extra insurance just in case. However the TV had so many problems out of the box we returned it within the 14 days.

But I got it because the tv was so cheap. It was tcl, of course screen went out after a year. Called best buy came out next day , evaluated tv . Got to pick a replacement and pick it up same day. Could of had it delivered but I am impatient lol. Just get it.
