The service was excellent and the technician set up the TV and connect everything that was necessary and they also did a follow up call

I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

I gave five stars for the value. At $20 per year for 5 years on a 75" TV is quite reasonable. Although I haven't had anything go bad on me under an extended warranty.

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

Cant go wrong with 55" samsung s90c qd-oled. colors are vibrant ,Crystal clear picture and wildly thin profile. Good build quality. Game experience is top notch.

Bought this service for 3 of my expensive purchases and I’m in my peace of mind.

I bought the 5 year protection because I purchased a LG OLED tv and do alot of gaming and tv watching so I am glad to know I have added protection in case something happens.

5 Year Protection Plan is excellent and delivers as promised. My old TV, with a 5 year service plan died after 4 years and the service plan replaced the TV with a new TV.....very satisfied.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

I purchased this unit to replace an older plasma that did not have a full tunner. This unit has a very good tuner with many built in apps. Sound is fair a sound bar would help.

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.

Excellent professional and polite would definitely do this again.
