I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

Great picture, doesn’t over heat my sons room, we needed with a smart tv that was big enough to replace his 75inch (Gamer) and this is perfect

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

I am a true believer in the warranty program for big ticket items. I had purchased a TV previously and after a few years there were major issues. Geek squad came & removed older TV and gave me full credit to purchase a replacement. They then came & installed the new TV. They were great to work with.

Great tv for the price. Easy to hook up to wifi with quick response and awesome resolution while watching. Definitely recommend purchasing. Will not be disappointed!

I recommend geek squad to every person that asks if they should add it on. Technology can have issues, it happens, geek squad provides peace of mind and is always fast, informative, and easy to deal with.

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

Seemed like a good idea to get the extended protection.

ULTIMATE MUST! This coverage is so worth it please make sure to get it!!

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.
