I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.

So glad we purchased as the tv developed a bad panel and was not fun to look at. Use of the warranty was very easy and painless.

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Havent had to use it yet, but it was a great price for $99 added to tv.

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

Worth for peace of mind. You never know when a cat with knock down your new item.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.
