This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

I would always recommend the protection. You never know when you will need it!

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

Does what it's supposed to! Been holding onto a 50lbs TV we move around all the time to point the TV from the living room to the dining room! Thing is worth every penny

We love the service we get with Geek Squad, they are professional and will take the time to trouble shoot your problem. If they cannot fix it they will replace it. I’ve been using Geek Squad for over 20 years. They are dependable and keep you posted on the status of your repair or if applicable, your replacement.

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.
