Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

I had a issue with my Samsung tv, geek squad took care of it right away, tech came out diagnosed the issue and inhad the option to get a new tv

My TV was one day away from being out of geek squad warranty but they honored it and I was able to get a new TV easily. It did take a couple of phone calls and some emails back-and-forth but no one gave me any trouble or pushback. I highly recommend geek squad protection for anyone’s purchases!

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.
