Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

I love to buy protection and i bought for 5 years.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Amazing TV for an Amazing price. would definitely go back and purchase another tv from this best buy.
