My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

Had a dark spot on my previous tv after a year and half. Geek squad gave me close to what I paid for it. The 800 number wanted to replace the tv with a smaller one or give me close to 200 less than what I had paid for..make sure you go into your store if you are not happy! They will take care of you there! I love my store!

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.

So that we always feel comfortable with a purchase from Best Buy, we always use the Geek Squad

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied
