    I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

    When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.

    The Agents are Fantastic. They go above and beyond to assist with any questions or problems. They have always solved my problems. I can not say enough about their knowledge. They never give up. They work until the problem is solved. THANK YOU TO ALL THE GEEK SQUAD AGENTS!!!!!

    I think the Geek Squad protection plan is really good to have. They always resolve any and all your issues or problems you may have. They always give good quality service. Geek Squad is the best protection plan for any and all electronics in general worth paying for and having it.

    Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

    I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!

    This warranty saved me with my TV purchase. We bought the display model since it was the last one in stock but the pixels started going out. Thankfully it was still within our warranty period. Since there was no longer a TV with like technology Best Buy refunded the entire purchase with a gift card that we were able to put towards a new TV.

    Geek Squad mounted tv on an existing wall mount.

    After moving I needed tv mounted instead of sitting on a cabinet. The service was told to me to be covered under my geek squad warranty but then a tech showed up to “repair” my tv. He then got the mounting service rescheduled a few days later. Although there was some difficulty caused by miscommunication w/Best Buy Customer Service, tv was mounted.
