I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied

My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased our five year protection plan. We had one on our last computer and were very glad we did so. No problem getting service from friendly staff.

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !

Easy to use when needed to use the greek squad, you also just ask simples questions too

I had geek squad service for my other TV and when that one broke down they were true to their words and traded it in for a newer TV

I love to buy protection and i bought for 5 years.

Because we got this TV for my parents, we thought it wise to get them the protection package as well! Am grateful we have that safety plan in place for whatever might happen!

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I purchased the extended warranty as I’m single and know nothing about electronics. I consider it an insurance policy on my mental health!

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

The agents mounted my tv and did a very excellent job
