The warranties from the geek squad are always worth the money.

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

The Geek squad are like tech genies, very courteous, professionals and knowledgeable.

I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

They have been available to me every time I have needed them!!

Was not checked out after installing now tv will not work with remote I have tryed to get them back but customer service has not made it happen I can not recommend this service if they cannot make my new Q-LED work with remote can’t figure out why Best Buy wants input from customers but after reading reviews doesn’t follow through and make it work with Samsung remote control

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

I am glad I added this to my purchase. It was so helpfull when I was having issues with my TV.

I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

Agent came over help set up and answer all our questions. He was friendly, personable and patient. Great representative for Best Buy.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.
