I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

Gotta keep the things we love protected. And that’s why I got this. So far I haven’t needed it.

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

I usually don't get the protection plan but I bought a $2,000 television so I thought I ought to have to get the 5-year so now I feel safer. Mmmm much safe. I would recommend the protection plan on purchases over $1,000.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

I never purchase a television, or in that case, anything of worth without purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that if anything were to happen to my television, Geek Squad has my back. They even offer free at-home diagnostics for televisions 55" or higher..

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the best prices and services.

Honestly, they was on point. I had an appointment. They worked on my phone soon as I arrived. I had 2 issues this year with different phones.

I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

Great price just in case. Esp for older family members when you’re not around to help.

Was very relucatant about purchasing extended warranty. After speaking with the knowledgable staff at the Best Buy Store nearest me about the value behind the support for Televisions sold in-store, I knew that I wanted the longest lifespan on my device and knew the coverage and cost was worth it

While I normally don't buy extended warranties this TV was going to be used in a storage unit to display video feed from my security cameras. It was fairly inexpensive and worth the price.
