I have always bought the extended warranty on purchases made at Best Buy, it has been a piece of mind anytime I’ve needed to use the warranty service .It’s always been a positive experience and well worth the money.

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

During my issues w my Samsung TV, they made it out to my home but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could really be done. Ultimately I had the coverage for the tv and it was replaced.

Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

Got the extra protectection just in case.Just recvd so havent had to use but i had on other purchase and was good to have

My brother installed my Samsung TV with no problem. The instructions were to easy to follow.

The Geek Squad was wonderful when I had to replace my television. The process was really easy and the exchange went by flawlessly.

Was able to utilize this protection plan for a TV of similar value and was able to upgrade to a newer TV. Will always be purchasing the extended protection plan for such purchases in the future.

Never remembered that I had this but didn’t need it

This is my first tv since 12 years! I have stepped into the future and I love it! The quality is great will be buying another in the future but bigger

I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

The Geeks are Great. Cleaned up the little mess. Made sure I knew how to......... Completely dazzled by their service

High end tv’s are expensive and I have had bad luck with other brands high end tv and want to protect my investment. I will be sad for waisting the money if in 5 years nothing goes wrong but I would cry if I have spent another 2500 on a tv and it breaks in 2 years with no coverage. Protection well worth it

Great extended warranty on your brand new flat screen TV so if anything happens to it, Best Buy will fix it or replace it would recommend anyone

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

Love the tv. Great picture. Not a fan of off the voice commands but other than that’s it’s great.

They’re very helpful. If I ever have a problem I love going to the geek squad. They have never given me issues
