My Granddaughter is so proud of this Vivo tv I most Definity will buy again good quality and picture.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.

I took the 2 year protection just in case something goes wrong. My past experience with the Geek Squad was great. I would expect to get the same great service on this purchase if necessary.

This product is great for my security system.Its help my family by seeing who is at the door.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Best purchase I have ever made! Three years after buying a new TV, it broke and could not be fixed. I was able to get a brand new, and bigger TV for free! I, of course, renewed my 5 yr plan, though I hope the new TV lasts me a lobg time!

Best Buy always takes care of me and with this plan I have no worries that my item is protected. I can sleep knowing I’m good especially being an Army family moving the time things happen but best but has the best plans to cover you for sure.

The extra protection plan is worth it on high dollar items. I've had a TV fail after a year, Routers die etc. Call them up or take it to the store and change it or refund with no hassle.

Would never purchase a $2000 TV without a 5-year warranty. I've used it multiple times on previous products getting them fixed, never on my dime, and have gotten ALL my investment back on 2 different TV's over the past 20 years. Well worth it.

What's better than to have a 2 year geek squad protection on your products that you purchase. We have not had to use it yet, but it is there in case of a problem.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I think this is the best warranty service that you have.

Some folks believe that the Geek Squad Protection plan is just another gimmick to get more money from the customer. Its like any insurance. You purchase it hoping never to have to use it.

I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.
