I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

Vivian was a wonderful tech. She had my tv up and running in no time.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad protection for this item, but Best Buy has one of the best warranty programs in the industry. They truly do protect the products you buy from them and if you have an issue do not make you feel like an idiot.

Purchased this for my new SONY OLED TV. Have had this service before, and it becomes very handy when your new electronic device you just spent over 1K on brakes right on the 1 year mark. If financially suitable, would definitely recommend.

Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.

Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

I absolutely LOVE my MAC computer. .it does everything I need it to do for home and work life. I couldn't have made a better decision for a desk top.

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

It comes in handy its best to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.
