I always purchase the extended warranty on my technology purchases. We have six tvs we have purchased for our church. All of them have the bestbuy extended geek squad protection. I like the security that they covered if anything goes wrong.

Worthwhile service to add onto any electronic purchase. Gives piece of mind knowing that if there is any issue they will be out quickly to fix.

The 5 year garanty was honored and i got a new tv at no cost only paid for the 5 year garanty

We always get the protection plans for our TVs. They have replaced 2 of them for us when glitches turned up. Replacement of original purchase price is a good thing.

Bought an expensive TV. screen went bad in 4th year well after manufacture warranty. Best Buy replaced with new TV INCLUDING INSTALLATION. I did some upgrading at the same time and paid for that. Great service and backup.

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

I would recommend their protection plan to anyone. We had a TV that went bad and there was hassle with the Geek squad replacing it. I have told everyone that I know that it is well worth the money for the protection
